Who is it for?

A healthy lifestyle is based on a good diet and regular exercise. There are no shortcuts, but there are some useful tools that can help. Forever Ultra is one of them. It is suitable for all adults, whether you lead an active life and want a protein-rich snack after training, or are looking for a simple meal replacement for weight management. Forever Ultra mixed with skimmed milk contains all the nutrition you need to replace 1–2 meals a day.

Meal replacement for weight control

Keeping an eye on your calorie intake is a vital part of weight management. One portion of Forever Ultra only has about 200 kcal, but it has all the essential vitamins and minerals you need in a meal. What’s more, the high protein content in Forever Ultra ensures you feel comfortably full. In a calorie-limited diet, replacing two meals a day with a meal replacement contributes to weight loss, and replacing one meal a day will contribute to maintaining your weight after the weight loss. With Forever Ultra mixed with skimmed milk, you can replace up to two meals a day.

Exercise is also a key to success – and thanks to the protein content you maintain your muscle mass and have the energy to exercise even when you replace meals with Forever Ultra.

A protein boost after exercise – and more

Protein is often called the building block of life. It is a component in all tissue cells, and hormones, enzymes and key parts of the immune system are made up of proteins. Protein is therefore important for the entire body. Protein also contributes to the increase and maintenance of muscle mass. Forever Ultra is therefore an excellent way to give your body an extra protein boost before or after exercise. But it’s also great as a snack – or why not as an ingredient in a healthier dessert? Important vitamins and minerals

To do its job as a meal replacement, Forever Ultra also contains several great vitamins and minerals. These include vitamin C and iron which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and various B vitamins and manganese which contribute normal energy-yielding metabolism. It also contains vitamin D and calcium, which contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function, for example. There is also magnesium which contributes to normal protein synthesis and electrolyte balance.

Instructions

Use a suitable shaker – there’s a good one in the Forever shop. Mix a level scoop of the powder (equivalent to about 23 g) with 300 ml of skimmed milk. If you wish to drink Forever Ultra™ as a protein supplement or snack, you can also mix it with water. Shake to form a smooth drink. Forever Ultra™ can be drunk as a meal replacement or protein supplement 1–2 times daily.
