Nutritional content per recommended daily dose:

Bee pollen:

  • 1 tablet: 500 mg

  • 3 tablets: 1500 mg

Volume: 100 tablets.

Recommended daily dose: Start with a small amount (¼ tablet) to rule out any allergic reaction, especially if you are allergic to pollen. Thereafter, increase to one tablet three times daily.
