With Lutemax® 2020

Forever iVision contains both lutein and zeaxanthin. Together they form Lutemax® 2020, voted Best Functional Ingredient 2018 by NutrAward. Lutein and zeaxanthin occur naturally in the eye’s yellow spot at the very centre of the retina. Both substances occur in nature, for example in kale and eggs. In Forever iVision, we have extracted lutein and zeaxanthin from extract of Mexican marigold.

Tip

You can train your eyes and help them to relax. Start by sitting comfortably, facing straight forward. Then look as far as you can in all four directions for two or three seconds each: up, down, left and right. Repeat three times. Only move your eyes, not your head. Finish off by massaging the area below your eyebrows with your thumb tips, in a circular motion – from the bridge of your nose to the outer edges of your eyelids.
